First, I would like to mention that our Index got some people reading. One of my followers quickly pointed out that I should not list Galaxy Resources (GALXF). He said you should list Orocobre (OROCF) because Galaxy is merging with Orocobre anyway. Starting next week, Orocobre will be the stock instead of Galaxy Resources.

No excuses here. I should have been more aware of this transaction. I still have the tab open from Galaxy Resources from a two weeks ago. Orocobre is a huge producer, now combined with Galaxy it will be bigger.

On the call, Martín Pérez de Solay and Simon Hay covered several aspects that this will become the world's 5th largest producer of Lithium by market capitalization and the 3rd largest outside of China. The Orocobre already has a supplier relationship with CATL.

The company will be an international company with low debt. I included the slide that shows their holdings.

Cudo's once more to @dunnde for pointing out this story. I will try and get more DD out on this company.

As always, thanks for reading. I hope this helps. Our goal at Charge Talk is to build understanding so you can understand what you are investing in. Any comments? Hit us up.
